As Partner Program Global Director, you are in charge of developing the channel thanks to the Partner Program Value Added Reseller, Manage Service Provider, Consultancy agency, Web agency and OEM.
In charge of a multidisciplinary and multi-local internal team, you will be in charge of the execution of the program from the acquisition, activation and animation of the partnership
Your main responsibilities :
Elaboration of the strategy of the Global Partner Program
- Definition of the strategic orientations of the Partner Program
- Definition of the allocated budget and ensuring the cost-effectiveness of the Program
- Information watch (benchmarks, market trends, opportunities)
- Definition and deployment of the value proposition tailored for each type of Partners including financial incentives, certification, marketing dev. funds and lead routing
- Analysis of partner needs
- Implementation of a segmentation within the program according to the strategic importance of the client
Team management
- Supervision of a team on a corporate level and locally based in each region
- Cross-disciplinary coordination associated with the development of the program

Technical Skills
- Mastering marketing acquisition framework
- Mastering lead generation from a Channel perspective
- Good understanding of Cloud products (IaaS, PaaS)
- Knowledge of the Partner Ecosystem whether it's from a value based approach or volume based
- Fluent in English

- Ability to federate and work hand in hand with general manager and sales director across the organization
- Proven leadership in a cross cultural environment
- Strong understanding of the customer and user orientation
- Natural curiosity and ability to innovate to propose new strategies
