As a Startup Program Manager, your will be responsible for owning and developing the global Startup program for Canada and Latin America while identifying startups with potential to create business opportunities. You will monitor their progress, interact with startups and encourage them to join the OVHcloud Startup program.


In this context, you will support the commercial strategy for client startups by taking into account their needs and expectations. You will be responsible of increasing the number of Startups in the program and ensure that they are satisfied with the products and solutions offered.


•    Define the annual strategy and budget.
•    Carry out promotional activities in the startup network to boost the number of Startups in the program and increase the spend on OVHcloud by these members.
•    Work closely with internal teams, Marketing, Sales and Solution Architects across the organization to understand the needs of entrepreneurs and how to help them meet those needs to achieve growth.
•    Identify and attend relevant startup events.
•    Collect information on startups (news, priorities, strategy, etc.) in order to identify their challenges, constraints, and goals, to support the life of the account.
•    Identify and develop ways to drive adoption of OVHcloud solutions in recruited startups.
•    Establish a relationship of trust with decision-makers (visits, presentations, sharing of market analyses, etc.)
•    Guide startups towards potential support structures.
•    Collect feedback from Startup program members to ensure continuous improvement.
•    Take into account, in the development of the program, the information reported by startups: issues, dissatisfaction with offers, customer requests, etc. Inform stakeholders and propose potential solutions.
•    Track and achieve business goals by implementing metrics and reporting on customer usage.
•    Work closely with com/marketing teams to run campaigns on specific segments of the startup market.
•    Discuss with startup decision makers to determine their specific purchasing plans and cloud solution decision criteria.

•    At least 2 years experience in a similar position
•    Business development experience
•    Worked with startups/corporates/venture capital firms running, building, and managing startup communities and/or portfolio companies
•    Good knowledge of English, French and Spanish, spoken and written
•    Excellent communication/public speaking skills
•    Sens of service and ability to build relationships  
•    Passion for startup technology and interest in cloud computing
•    Knowledge of OpenStack and VMware is a plus
