- Vous collaborez avec la DRH du groupe et ses services afin de déployez, supportez et promouvez les politiques RH
- Vous accompagnez l’intégration des nouveaux arrivants et leur fournissez l’environnement nécessaire à leur prise de poste
- Vous organisez les visites médicales des collaborateurs
Your main responsibilities :
- Local HR relay, you are available and attentive to managers and employees for any HR question
- Collaborate with the group’s HR department to deploy, support and promote HR policies
- Support the integration of newcomers and provide them with the environment they need to take up their positions
- Organize employee medical visits
Your future impact
In 6 months you will have accomplished
- Work with the General Services, Maintenance and Hospitality teams to ensure the office is aligned with our expectations for fit-up, operation and on-site services
- You guarantee the application, compliance and updating of the site’s health and safety policies
- You make the necessary purchases for the proper supply of the site (supplies, consumables, etc.) and follow the service contracts relating to the operation of the site in accordance with the Purchasing policy
And in 1 year you will have mastered
- Inform and communicate site information locally through various media
- Relay and convey internal messages to employees
- You organize internal events in accordance with Group policies (thematic, budget, etc.)
- You support the organization of team events, business & partners, meetings on your site
- You lead, communicate and promote the Group’s values

Skills required :
- With a strong sense of service and priorities, you pay attention to quality and want to have a positive impact on your internal and/or external contacts
- You have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to produce varied and impactful communication materials
- You can adapt to a wide range of audiences: external or internal visitors, suppliers, Executive Committee members, candidates
- You have experience in human resources management and an appetite for site management (general services, maintenance, etc.)
- You are fluent in oral and written English (Welcoming foreign visitors, internal communications, and international collaboration within the Office Managers and HR team …)
- You know how to federate, create links between employees and coordinate projects
- You are organized and able to demonstrate responsiveness and versatility between the different missions entrusted
- You are open to the world and working in an international context is an important aspect for you
- You are autonomous and able to work in a rapidly changing environment
