Within the legal department of the OVHcloud Group, the Compliance department is responsible for ensuring compliance of the group's activities with the applicable regulations. In particular, he is responsible for preventing the use of the services of OVHcloud for malicious or illegal purposes, reactively or preventively by anticipating cybercrime in the OVHcloud network. This area is also the primary point of contact for the authorities of the various countries where OVHcloud is represented. In this way, it contributes to the growth and security of the company.
The Compliance Department consists of lawyers and analysts, who work with various contacts inside (IT security, trade, customer service, etc.) and outside the group.
Your main responsibilities:
- Maintain relations with the judicial and administrative authorities from different countries (Belgium, Germany, Spain, etc…) active in the field of combating cybercrime and regulating digital actors.
- Processing of administrative and judicial requests from those countries listed above
- Support for the establishment of an invoicing system between OVHcloud and the French authorities and after that other countries.
- Ad hoc contributions to other types of cases handled in the EU, including the handling of reports on illegal content.

- Independent handling of requests from different authorities.
- Implementation of intervention processes in the EU data center and with the local teams.

Skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in law or administrative studies from EU country, or any Bachelor’s degree in EU country.
- Technical knowledge and interest in IT.
- Fluent in language German.
- Very good knowledge of English (at least C1).
- Advantage: proficiency in everyday French (C2).
- Interest in multi-modal (on-site and hybrid) and multi-cultural collaboration within and across teams to promote One Team spirit and overall efficiency.
