You manage and lead maintenance teams, to ensure the development of infrastructures as well as the maintenance and optimization of industrial equipment with a view to reliability and in compliance with defined health, safety and environmental rules.

Your main responsibilities
Maintain and operate critical infrastructures
- Ensure the maintenance of the installations entrusted to you, by setting up the necessary organization (work planning, CMMS, internal tools, etc.). Intervene in the event of technical difficulties, to make the necessary adjustments in all areas (electricity, HVAC, water cooling, building, etc.).
- Maintain and troubleshoot issues with infrastructure. Monitor and analyze infrastructure related alerts to detect and prevent incidents. Root cause analysis of the occurring issues.
- Coordinate the preventive/corrective maintenance work orders and ensure their on-time execution within the scope of external services and local Infrastructure Team.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance needed to solve technical or organizational issues (electrical, water-cooling, building, etc.) and ensure appropriate action is taken.
- Accompany service providers.
- Apply quality, health and environmental rules and regulations.
- Participate in defining requirements for OPEX/CAPEX budgets.
- Procure tools/equipment orders, collective and individual safety equipment, and other material for maintenance activities, with cost-effectiveness in mind and maintain inventory.
- Participate in projects - local support in new infrastructure equipment / facility / Installation implementations.
- Participate in on-call decision-making.
- Guarantee the validity of documentation and processes relating to equipment operated in the DC.
- Participate in DC visits.

- Manage a team of technicians
- Organize activities in areas such as electricity, hydraulic cooling, HVAC, building, follow-up with experts
- Ensure individual and collective performance management, salary reviews, development and training, change management, etc.
- Represent the Division's Infrastructure team
- Maintain team cohesion and motivation
- Suggest improvements to work organization
- Enforce safety instructions for people and site access in the Data Center

College/university training in building engineering or industrial maintenance.

Local recognized electrical qualification.

At least 3-5 years' experience in industrial maintenance or data center environment.

Electrical knowledge and skills (activity requires electrical clearance).
