Web Customer Support English and German/Italian/French/Spanish

We are looking for a Web Customer Support English and German/Italian/French/Spanish for our Customer Services department that provides advice, listening and solutions to our customers, our customer service teams are essential to ensure a service that meets our quality requirements.
Our customer service teams are divided into six areas: cloud, web, telecom, keepbiz, Professional cloud services and cross-cutting projects.

As an IT Specialist you will join an experienced Team of 1st Line Support, your key responsibility will be providing technical support for our clients from different countries.

#Missions

•    To diagnose and fix problems for customers of Web Hosting and email services from European countries;
•    Answering customers' calls, replying to emails and chats in order to solve any issue they may have;
•    Answering to escalations and informing customers of correct process;
•    Providing pre and post-sale support service;
•    Classifying incidents and escalating or reassigning them to the right people if necessary;
•    Keeping customers updated on the progress of an investigation and its resolution;
•    Understand, integrate and develop a pitch to promote the image of the OVH brand to future customers;
•    Build an image of OVH as company with strong expertise and excellent customer support.

#Profile

 Fluent Polish, English and one of the languages : DE / PT / ES / IT /FR
•    Experience in similar position: Service Desk in an IT environment would be an asset;
•    Great communication skills;
