We are looking for a/an Customer Advocate with Polish, English and other European language (DE / PT / IT / ES) for our Customer Services department that provides advice, listening and solutions to our customers, our customer service teams are essential to ensure a service that meets our quality requirements.
Our customer service teams are divided into six areas: cloud, web, telecom, keepbiz, Professional cloud services and cross-cutting projects.

You join the will join an experienced team of 1st Line Support in charge of providing support for our clients from different countries.

 

#Missions

 

Attached to the Customer Service, you meet the following challenges : 

 

  • Answering the multichannel questions (call, e-mail, chat) of customers concerning billing, order tracking, administration;
  • Answering to escalations and informing customers of correct process;
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of an investigation and its resolution.
  • Providing post-sale support service;
  • Participate in defined loyalty actions and missions;
  • Understand, integrate and develop a pitch to promote the image of the OVH brand to future customers;
  • Build an image of OVH as company with strong expertise and excellent customer support.

#Profile

  • Fluent Polish, English and one or more of the: German, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish is essential
  • Experience in similar position: Help Desk, Service Desk (in an IT environment is an asset);
  • Great communication skills;
  • Ability to manage priorities;
  • Strong customer service focus;
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team;
  • Willingness to work with new technologies;
  • With a great sense of service, you want to have a positive impact on your internal and / or external contacts.
  • You are open to the world and working in an international context is an important aspect for you.
  • You are independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
