Business Development Manager

We are looking for a/an Business Development Manager for our Sales department, which guarantees the commercial development of all of our product universes.
It brings our values closer to our customers: sovereignty, freedom, alternative.
With a presence in several countries, the team works with our customers to build the future of cloud solutions and OVHcloud

 

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Polish sales team and are seeking a driven sales professional with proven experience of creating net new business opportunities on the Polish and CEE markets in the IT industry

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, tenacious and self-motivated sales professional who is hungry for sales success.

#Missions

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

- Actively search for new customers and build a pipeline of opportunities based on various sales activities (LinkedIn and other social media channels, email, telephone, events etc.)

- Manage the entire sales process from first contact to deal closure

- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with prospects (to close the deal)Take part in the defining and execution of the Company sales strategy

- Co-create impactful and compelling campaigns with our Partner Marketing and Events manager, to increase awareness on the market

- Work closely with other Team members and stakeholders (Account Managers, Pre-Sales and Marketing)

- Report activities and progress in the CRM system

- Constantly develop new skills

- Meet or exceed sales goals.

#Profile

We looking for a person that:

- Has at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT industry

- Speaks English fluently (C1 level)

- Has a proven track record of closing deals with SMB’s and technology companies

- Is a strong individual contributor and a team player

- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Has a can-do attitude

- Is able to organize work in a timely manner
