We are looking for a/an Cloud Technical ReferentCloud Technical Referent H/F for our Customer Services department that provides advice, listening and solutions to our customers, our customer service teams are essential to ensure a service that meets our quality requirements.
Our customer service teams are divided into six areas: cloud, web, telecom, keepbiz, Professional cloud services and cross-cutting projects.

You join the team Cloud Support in charge of helping our cloud customers in many ways.




You meet the following challenges :


  • Ensure customer advocate skills development.
  • Ensure and provide continuous training for Customer Advocates in the Cloud environment.
  • Ensure and provide initial training for Customer Advocates in the Cloud environment.
  • Facilitate complex technical situation call handling or handle them in person.
  • Participate in training sessions as learner in order to upskill your technical abilities.
  • Be the local point of contact for technical escalations from other teams or RUN.
  • Participate in EMEA CCO projects when required.
  • Take the lead of some tasks delegated by the direct manager.

  • Technically skilled in our wide range of cloud products: VPS, Dedicated Servers, Public Cloud, Vrack, networking, storage, databases, containers and orchestration, backup solutions.
  • Fluent English and Italian, spoken and written.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize.
  • Ability to communicate with the team.
  • Focused and able to train people.
  • Ability to adapt to a demanding workplace and instill positive energy in teams.
  • With a great sense of service, you want to have a positive impact on your internal and / or external contacts.
  • You are open to the world and working in an international context is an important aspect for you.
