#About the role

We are looking for an Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Ecommerce and Demand Generation) to assist in delivering the digital strategy in the Northern Europe and international markets - driving demand and revenue for our cloud and web hosting products. You will play a central role in the development and implementation of the acquisition, retention and customer portfolio growth strategy to support international growth.





Increase revenue via acquisition of net new customers and acceleration of customer portfolio

  • Assist in the creation of strategies to acquire new customers and build a lasting digital connection with them in the Northern Europe and our fastest growing international markets.
  • Activate prospects and customers in all stages of their journey that will lead to online revenue or sales-generated revenue.
  • Identify and monitor the necessary measures to improve revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing and sales teams to implement new tactics that will increase sales efficiency.


Coordinate marketing plans and campaigns

  • Own and execute the regional annual digital marketing plan and assist on rolling out new initiatives at an international level.
  • Translate digital marketing strategy and marketing plans into campaign briefs for marketing teams and agencies.
  • Coordinate localised omni-channel campaigns targeted to different customer segments, leveraging both digital first (ecommerce) and digital hybrid tactics.
  • Support the execution and improvement of local SEO/ SEM / Paid Social / Display strategies with a big focus on their localization.
  • Communicate the campaigns and their outcomes across the business to enable global growth.


Monitor business’ performance to uncover new opportunities

  • Gain insights into online marketing channels (organic and paid) and campaigns performance and provide guidance and recommendations.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and trends and provide recommendations that will help to increase the customer lifetime value.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are reaching revenue objectives.
  • Carry out regular competitor analysis for the main products and markets.
  • Identify industry benchmarks and best practice for data usage in the digital marketing universe.



#Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Marketing or Business.
  • Experience working with remote cross-functional teams and at least 6 years relevant digital marketing experience.
  • Knowledge/experience of working with Buyer Journeys & Buyer personas.
  • Strong background within the Technology/IT industry within an ecommerce environment is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Paid media (Search ads, Display, Paid Social etc) and SEO.
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to produce informed strategic recommendations and insights (Tableau, Web Analytics, Advertisement platforms)
  • Enthusiasm, commercial and can-do attitude; driving new initiatives towards business objectives.
