Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Polish sales team and are seeking a driven sales professional with proven experience of managing a portfolio of accounts on the Polish and CEE markets, in the IT industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, tenacious and self-motivated sales professional who is hungry for sales success.
Your main responsibilities :
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Actively build a pipeline of opportunities based on the assigned customer portfolio of SMB’s and technology companies
- Implement a sales strategy for a portfolio of middle-market customers considering their needs and expectations
- Identify and maximize new business opportunities with our clients, help them grow their businesses with the help of our services
- Supporting digital transformation of assigned clients, helping them implement Public Cloud, PaaS and AI projects
- Carry out activities leading to cross-selling and up-selling
- Establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with companies from portfolio
- Work closely with other Team members and stakeholders (Business Development Managers, Pre-Sales and Marketing)
- Forecast sales turnover and establish financial projections based on the identified business potential

- Knowledge of OVHcloud portfolio
- Identification of your customers with growth potential
- Physical and virtual meetings with your entire portfolio (30 customers)
In 1 year you will have mastered
- The OVHcloud market ecosystem as a whole, and the synergies involved: Go to market, segmentation, programs (partners, OpenTrustedCLoud, Start-ups), initiatives
- The added market value of your customers and how we can help them conquer new markets by leveraging our Cloud solutions & ecosystem
- Lead initiatives within the company / BU / team
Skills required
- Has at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in cloud services sales.
- Speaks English fluently (C1 level)
- Has a proven track record of closing deals with SMB’s and technology companies
- Is a strong individual contributor and a team player
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has a can-do attitude
- Ability to propose new solutions and approaches, continuously seeking new market opportunities.
That's a plus :
- Good understanding of the European cloud/IaaS/Paas market
