You will work within the International Accounting team, part of the Finance department, paired with the International Accounting Manager.Â
You will develop relationships with our internal partners through performance monitoring, forecasting, and accounting.Â
You will liaise with the Controlling, Consolidation, Tax, and Legal teams to translate strategic vision into budgetary exercises.Â
You will be the primary contact for our auditors and our local accounting, legal, and tax advisors.Â
You will position yourself as a business partner to your internal clients (Management Control, FP&A, Finance) to streamline day-to-day operations in a challenging environment.

Your main responsibilities
You will be responsible for the general bookkeeping of a scope of international entities.Â
You will review accounting cycles managed elsewhere: P2P, O2C, and CAPEX.
You will carry out appropriate internal controls to secure data.
You will be responsible for the reconciliation of intercompany accounts, notably through the implementation and/or rigorous monitoring of subsidiary-level declarations.
You will ensure the periodic production of IFRS accounting reporting, in compliance with the group chart of accounts.
You will oversee the proper local accounting and tax compliance carried out by local external advisors.
You will manage communication with auditors with the aim of signing off our local accounts.

Skills required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within an international environment
- Strong command of accounting management, Polish GAAP, and accounting principles
- Native in Polish, professional English (B2 minimum)
- Accounting and IT tools (Office Suite, SAP)
- An appetite for project management
- Rigor and analytical mindset
- Autonomy
