Strategic Alliances Team Lead H/F/N

- Join the Strategic Partnerships group whose purpose is to accelerate OVHcloud’s growth through the most strategic Global System Integrator (GSI) and Consulting partners.
- Own a portfolio of strategic alliances while leading a team of Partner Account Managers.
- Define execution standards, coach the team, strengthen executive relationships and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes across the alliance ecosystem.
Your main responsibilities :
- Own and develop executive relationships with OVHcloud’s largest strategic alliance partners.
- Define and execute joint business strategies with GSIs and consulting partners.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and governance meetings with senior executives on both sides.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Strategic Partner Account Managers; define operating rhythms, execution standards and best practices.
- Support the team in executive engagements and complex strategic opportunities; foster collaboration, accountability and continuous performance improvement.
- Drive joint Go‑to‑Market initiatives; accelerate partner‑led pipeline creation through marketing programmes, executive engagement and industry plays.
- Ensure effective use of MDF and partner investments; identify new strategic alliance opportunities and emerging market plays.
- Guarantee predictable pipeline management and forecasting; remove execution barriers by coordinating Sales, Presales, Marketing and Product teams.
- Represent the Strategic Alliance organisation internally; influence Product, Marketing and Sales leadership on alliance priorities.

Skills required :
- Leadership – You have led high‑performing partner or alliance teams, coaching people, inspiring accountability and managing stakeholders across international organisations.
- Strategic partnerships – You have extensive experience managing Global System Integrators or consulting firms, with a proven executive presence and strong negotiation skills.
- Commercial excellence – You have a track record of driving indirect revenue growth, mastering complex enterprise sales cycles, pipeline management, forecasting and joint Go‑to‑Market initiatives.
- Business acumen – You think analytically and strategically, translating business strategy into operational execution; you thrive in fast‑paced, matrix environments.
- Preferred background – 10 + years in enterprise software, cloud or technology; experience with GSIs; experience managing international or cross‑functional teams; fluent English (additional European languages a plus).
