Key Account Manager

As such, we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager based in Milan to adress our corporate level clients.

As a vital part of our commercial engine, the team focuses on nurturing high-value partnerships and driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic alignment and excellence in account management.

 

Your main responsibilities :

  • Be responsible for the company's key accounts and maintain an excellent understanding of your portfolio to maximize company interests.

  • Define and carry out a sales strategy for key customers, developing specific account plans and business development strategies for each client.

  • Generate revenue growth by managing and developing your portfolio while ensuring all discussions and exchanges remain coherent.

  • Monitor account progress, supervise continuous improvement, and map the portfolio to identify new business opportunities.

  • Deploy and adapt the account strategy to meet specific business and sales objectives.

  • Represent the brand by helping to develop the company’s reputation through events and ecosystem maintenance.

Skills required :

 

  • To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate Customer orientation, Adaptation, and Proactivity. We are looking for a Data-driven and Results-oriented professional with:

  • A Professional level of English (B2).

    Proficiency in sales tools, CRM, and office suites.

    The ability to understand complex business challenges and identify growth levers within a specific sector.

  •  

    Strong strategic thinking to align account plans with overall business objectives.
