Customer Security Manager M/F/X
Your main responsibilities
- You will maintain and develop cybersecurity certifications for the Southern European Cluster (mainly Italy and Spain).
- You will be working closely with the various official administrations in these countries to understand the standards apply to OVHcloud.
- You will work on a public safety-oriented documentary baseKnowledge of how certifications work, especially in the cyber world (ISO27001 and ACNC for instance).
- You will advise your local Sales Team on cybersecurity related topics.
Your future impact
In 6 months
- You will get familiar with OVHcloud products and their security compliance.
- You act as a point of reference for your colleagues in the Southern Europe Cluster to help customers understand the security level of OVHcloud solutions.
- You understand with standards apply to the new 3AZ in Milan.
And in 1 year
- You will work closely with the ACN to upgrade OVHcloud certifications.
- You will work on getting OVHcloud's products ENS certified.
- You will support your international team on several cybersecurity projects.

Skills required
- You bring some knowledge of how certifications work, especially ISO27001 and ACN.
- You have a first experience with Italian authorities on cybersecurity topics.
- You are familiar with the cloud industry.
- You are fluent in English and Italian, a good level of Spanish would be nice to have.
