We are looking for an Sales And Marketing Operations Manager for our Sales department,  in direct reporting of the VP Sales & Marketing Operations.
It brings our values closer to our customers: sovereignty, freedom, alternative.

Improve efficiency and Autonomy of Sales Marketing Teams and Operations , you will controbute to the topics bellow:


Dashboard & Reporting


  • Building dashboard & views to enable sales teams to monitor their business
  • Weekly, monthly reports and ad'hoc reports
  • Contribute to Budget definition with Financial Controlling Teams
  • Analyze sales KPIs to suggest areas for improvements


Lead Generation for Acquisition


  • Contributing to setting-up sales campaigns and trcking progress and efficiency
  • Contributing to deffinition of new lead sources options together with other departments
  • Implements and work toward automation of new sources processes
  • Analyze lead sources performancesand suggest areas for improvement


Contribution to process design and roll-out/support to Sales & Marketing ressources


  • Contributing to the design & implementation of sales processes with common guiedelines ( ex: how to ask for a refund, how to reat to churn risk, how to manage a delivery issue, ) in a collaboration with others departments.
  • Maintaining the knowledge base of processes & best practices
  • Ensuring streamline communication between the CU / cluster and other departments
  • Being accountable for the efficiency of the processes


Sales enablement & CRM


  • Ensuring that sales teams are trained on relevant topics including on tools and processes
  • Acting as first point of contact for all CRM usage questions and improvement suggestions.
  • Continuous improvements
  • Centralizing requests, assessing their relevance and discussing implementation with the CRM team
  • Propose and contribute to bussiness specifications for new tools & provide more autonomy and empowerment to the sales teams

  • Knowledge about CRM & Marketing automation tools
  • Data Management Skills and experience highly appreciated
