The core principle behind the Ambassador Program is straightforward: give every team member the freedom and tools to share their expertise externally. You don’t need to be a seasoned speaker or a slide-deck pro. Developers, network engineers, customer support agents, recruiters, marketers…

Today, 46 ambassadors across 8 departments and 9 sites form a thriving, vibrant community.
Everyone gets involved at their own pace and on their own terms:

• On stage: tech conferences, meetups, school and campus fairs, panel discussions.
• On social media: sharing daily life, projects, and behind-the-scenes insights at OVHcloud.

The one golden rule: it’s entirely voluntary. You choose your topics, your schedule, and your platform.

FROM CLASSROOMS TO THE BIGGEST TECH STAGES

In three years, our collective has showcased our ecosystem across 77 events in 35 cities and 9 countries:

• Flagship tech events: Devoxx France, SnowCamp, BreizhCamp, Touraine Tech, Sunny Tech, DevLille, DevFest, WAX… and coming soon, BDX I/O in Bordeaux and Devoxx Morocco in Casablanca.
• The international scene: Kickstart Onsite Days in Cologne, Devoxx Belgium in Antwerp, RIPE 88 Meeting in Krakow, Think Reactor in Bremen, Gophercamp in Brno, CCX in Heidelberg, ECOC in Malaga.
• Schools and mentorship: 25% of our actions target students and young people, including the Epitech Summit (where 7 ambassadors visited 5 campuses in just two days) and hands-on workshops inspiring middle and high school girls to explore tech careers in Lille and Nancy.
• Media and digital content: podcast appearances (Tranches de Tech, Les Carnets de l'IA, Heads in the Clouds), articles (Programmez!), co-hosted webinars with France DevOps, and Twitch live streams.

AN AUTONOMOUS AND TIGHT-KNIT COMMUNITY

Beyond conferences, the program serves as an active network where 80% of conversations come directly from the members themselves:

• Mutual amplification: the community helps promote strategic initiatives (like the launch of AI Endpoints by the AI team) and spotlights each other’s wins.
